Friday Happy Hours in Venice & Santa Monica

Fefe at Figtree’s Café will be playing live acoustic music on the patio Friday. Figtree’s is a great spot for people watching since it’s on the Boardwalk with a view of the beach and the the colorful characters you see. Enjoy food and drink specials while you enjoy the music with  covers of Beatles tunes this Friday and every Friday from 6-8pm. 
$3 imported beer specils, $4 wine and sangria (the sangria is recommended) plus specials on appetizers like the hummus and pita for $6.75- delish!

Alfred Johnson sings at Central (formerly 14 Below) on Friday from 5-8pm. He will play several sets of his original acoustic tunes with a few covers in the mix. No cover so come on down below and check out this talented musician.

Saturday Venice Beach Music Festival, Art Events

This hot and happening annual festival down at the beach on Saturday from 11:00am 7:30pm showcases some of the hottest local musicians in town! and it’s Free!  featuring both music and art talent at Windward Plaza at the boardwalk- just look for the big “V” sculpture. Make sure to hear  Michael Jost and Peter Damian from Venice and see the cool kaliedoscopic art from Artist Rich Yaker.
