The Venice Public Library will hold a book sale from 9am – 3pm with all kinds of great books at super small prices! All proceeds go to the library for new books, dvds and programs for young adults & kids.

Long time Venice resident Harry Drinkwater will have a show of his photography opening tonight at the Roberts & Tilton Gallery in Culver City from 6:30 – 8:30pm. This is part of Pacific Standard Time: Art in LA 1945-80, a collaboration of 60 cultural institutions in Southern California to celebrate the birth of the LA art scene. There will also be a book signing on 9/17.
