The Abbot Kinney First Fridays blog welcomes our new client Abbot Kinney Real Estate! Founded in 2002 by Suzy Frank with an office in the heart of Venice on Abbot Kinney Blvd., now in new digs (same building as Milkmade) located across the street from their previous office. They specialize in residential, commercial and development properties, with an extensive knowledge of Venice and West side properties with their agents residing in these areas.
Suzy Frank is an active member of the Venice community and is a member of the Venice Chamber of Commerce and annually supports the Venice Garden Tour and the Venice Art Walk, plus participates in the Abbot Kinney Festival. In addition, agent Betsy Goldman is an active member of the Venice Historical Society and several other local organizations.
You may have seen the the “Gem Car” out on the boulevard – affectionately known as the Abbot Kinney mobile, an electric car emblazoned with the green Abbot Kinney Real Estate logo in front of the office and at special events.
