Pardee Properties is committed to making a difference locally and started a “Giving Back” program dedicated to local charities. They donate 10% of net proceeds from each home sale to the local charity of their client’s choice. Since inception, the “Giving Back” program has donated over $500,000 to local charities and helped direct awareness toward each of their causes.
