The Week After AKFF Is Always Hard But Here Are Some Highlights To Make You (and The AKFF Team) Relive Last Friday

loving-churros-from-ridges-churro-barIt was like every other evening on First Fridays, clusters of people jumping from one food truck to another filled Abbott Kinney Blvd. Our first stop was Ridges Churro Truck, where the team had a delicious Nutella churro covered in vanilla ice cream. However, their most popular and favored dessert by many AKFF attendees was their Fruity Pebbles Churro.

The cafe had Halloween treats and Japanese tea beautifully presented, along with samples of their teas. We sampled the Yuzu Chicken, a peppery, tasty and filling tea! We then paid a visit to our favorite Global Party People at Bulldog Realtors where their mixes and friendly vibes could not stop AKFF attendees from stopping by and checking out their art and fun dance party.

Venice License Plate Art by Jon Grauman

Further down the boulevard, VMW Gallery held an art show where you can find cool Venice metal license plates by Jon Grauman. The show also included local artist David Katzner’s photography of sunsets he has taken all over the world. Though this little gem was further down the boulevard it was worth the extra walk!
