Thursday: Venice Art Crawl: This monthly event continues to rock the local LA artscene with cutting edge art of all kinds. Generally from 7-10/11pm with a few places opening at 6pm like Hotel Erwin. Figtree Cafe on the Boardwalk gets started around 7pm with multiple talented artists on exhibit with complimentary appetizers (the hummus and guacamole are outstanding!) and can include local musicians. MOMENTUM Presents: Venice Underwater at the Jim Morrison house features 2 artists: Andrew Huang, experimental short film, Solipsist and Tim Linden, installation piece “Four weeks Duration” made up of sculptures and photography.
