January is jumping and there is a slew of major art shows coming to Los Angeles!  This post will list the major art fairs that are happening in January and February for 2020.

First off, we have PhotoLA, January 30-February 2 In Santa Monica, which showcases the best  International photography and it’s a really fun event to attend, especially if you get the chance to go to opening. PhotoLA is the longest-running  International Art Fair on the west coast with roster of 65 to 70 booths from art galleries, dealers and collectives from across the globe.

Next we have the LA  Art Show which is like the Super Bowl of art fairs. It’s at the Los Angeles Convention Center and downtown LA from February 5-9, 2020. It’s a contemporary art show with leading art galleries from Los Angeles, and all across the globe. LA is the leading art and cultural center in the world and this art show matches it’s diversity and quality.

Frieze Los Angeles is a newer art show that started last year and was the talk of the town. It’s in the backlot of Paramount Studios , with related events, such as talks, performances, gallery openings in various locations in the LA area.
