This annual festival is the ONLY event that shuts down street traffic on Abbot Kinney Blvd. from 10am – 6pm because it’s so much fun and there are thousands in attendance. Live Music, food, drinks, local vendors and shops are open. The Festival is FREE and crowded so walk, bike or skate on over or car pull to alleviate parking headaches, green the environment & save $$!

AKFF Live Music:
There are 3 stages with music for you to choose from the whole day long! There is mostly dj sets at the Brooks stage produced by dublab and live music at the Andalusia and Palms (nearThe Brig) stages.

Superbroke plays in the Kidsquare area

Plus there are local music faves at the Kidsquad area on Westminster – look for the green grassy area where the school is. These bands are for all ages, so don’t think these are for kids only!

The AKFF recommends: The Shooflies at 11:50am featuring Eric Ahlberg,
at 5:00 pm crazy fun with the Superbroke Brass Tin and Strings Electric Marching Band – they will totally redefine everything a marching band is all about – they are a must see and hear!
